Wasn't the WaPo one of the newspaper companies with the LA- and NY-TIMES that sued FR in the past before about posting full text articles?
The corporate entities that own the Washington Post and L.A. Times sued FR about posting full text articles. The New York Times wasn't involved in that lawsuit.
