Wasn't the WaPo one of the newspaper companies with the LA- and NY-TIMES that sued FR in the past before about posting full text articles?
The corporate entities that own the Washington Post and L.A. Times sued FR about posting full text articles. The New York Times wasn't involved in that lawsuit.

Matthew Mosk worked for LA Times, as a "Special Correspondent" in 1994... not known when he left their employ. When asked that by a Freeper/reporter, he said he didn't want to answer any questions and then hung up.
