ARTICLE SNIPPET: "WASHINGTON -- An inmate charged with attempting to kill outside a now-closed District nightclub has been let out of jail -- by mistake.
Migual Harris was arrested after a November shooting at Kili's Kafe, in which four people were shot. He was supposed to be held without bond, but WTOP has learned there was confusion with another case and Harris was released by mistake."
