Suggest we round up every close relative of each of them and take them somewhere they will never be seen or heard from again.....if OBL or Zarqawi surrenders, maybe they can be released. There's got to be at least one tender spot in their evil hearts somewhere and we ought to find it and use it to our advantage - it is a war after all.
