Cindy, this is so horrible. I pray for the suffering souls who are tortured and die at the hands of barbarians. It just seems to be speeding up.
Sometimes I feel like I have to take a break from FR, the pain of reading even the articles I read for my ping lists breaks my heart.
I try to read scripture or something inspiring every night (and every morning). It's the only way I can keep going.

inspirational -- especially prayer.
It strengthens me.
I absolutely do recommend regular
breaks from FR-TM especially when
checking links/articles I post.
