Thanks for the FR links for tunnels. I did not realize that earlier this year they uncovered tunnels on the B.C. border of Seattle as well. How long have they been in existence?
You have to go several threads back, but the tunnel was basically for dope to go through. Arrests were made.
That tunnel was going to be (or has been) destroyed.
