the court said that it was convinced that Azuz had terrorist intentions, however, he did not have the means at his disposal with which to act on those intentions.

With a little help from his friends, Azuz might get a second chance to "act on his intentions." Looking more and more like the lives of the world's law-abiding decent citizens are of no value whatsoever to judges in many of our world's countries. Protecting the rights of terrorists seems to be a top priority.
