I wish we wouldn't be so smug about this. This is in our future as well. How it is handled may be different, but I think problem is going to get real very soon.

We have the potential for similar problems in our cities. Let me guess, you never lived through the 1960s, where there were several riots every summer (Newark, Detroit, Watts, DC, Chicago, etc.). This country has a long history of race riots.
