Exactly. President Bush is not running for reelection. Dick Cheney is not running for President. Cheap political stunts will not faze them. They have "moved on" to coin a phrase and are about the business of helping Iraq prepare for its historic December elections -- elections which, by the way, will take place while the Congress is adjourned and the Democrats have no mouthpieces in Washington. Bush and Cheney know this is just six weeks away. And once it occurs, and a real deomcratic government is in place in Iraq, all carping about prewar intelligence is going to look really, really stupid.

Keep your eyes on the prize. Exactly. The agenda is all that matters. With Alito, the budget(ANWAR) and the Iraq Democracy, the Democrats will have lost it all. They will have nothing on which for people to vote for them.
