Try Northern California this winter with a 43% (!!) increase. They rape where they feel they can get away with it. You would think that the Washington extortionists, who went after Microsoft, for alleged monopolistic behaviors, among other charges, would put some effort into the horrid monopolies that consumers of energy face in this country.

We cannot switch to another brand when we get screwed on price -- yet isn't it amazing how it is very quiet when it comes to the "ANTI-TRUST POLICE" in Washington.

We call it quid-pro-quo for massive campaign contributions.

Why not? Write a letter to Nancy or Barbara. Maybe Grey Davis might be able to address the issue.

Thats about the size of PSNC'S increase...this is the 3rd one this year.

Instead of sticking it all at once, they eased it in.

Good thing I got stock in vaseline products...

Like the recent run up in gasoline prices, this is bogus also. Its not "necessary" so much as "because they can".

And they warned it's not likely the last.

Heat pumps are looking very attractive.

Unfortunately this sort of nonsense now passes for conservative thought in this nation of states. If I own a business, it is my right in a free market to charge what the market will bear. Oh, but no. That's down right unfair. And we can't have unfair...

And some still say there are differences between Republicans and Democrats..
