Savage is going the Glenn Beck route, very little politics, just junk talk. I can't believe that so many talkies need to talk SO much about themselves.
I do exercise my liberty and turn 'em off. Doesn't do any good to crab about 'em.
Never realize how good Tony and Rush are until someone else sits in for them. Also Howie Carr and Mark Levin. Two funny politically incorrect guys.
I like it when they get away from the politics. There's only so much aggrevation one can take at any one time. That's why I love listening to Howie Carr. He does the politics but also does silly stuff that lightens up the day. Very enjoyable. What I love the most is he cannot be insulted. Takes nothing personally. No real ego. Doesn't think the entire world is waiting to hear what he has to say. I like that.
I am just now reading the Tony Snow thread...it has been a hectic morning and I haven't been able to be online today...
Yesterday, I was listening to Hannity in the car, while waiting for my granddaughter to get out of school...and I heard Sean go on and on about how he isn't a Republican, he is a conservative...not just any conservative, but a "REAGAN" conservative...which is fine...I don't understand the need to always reference Reagan..but, so what...
BUT...then Sean started bagging on President Bush and how he fails to live up to the legacy of Reagan...and one thing that Sean kept stressing, was "border and illegal immigration control"...he must have said that 5-6 times.
I wished I had my computer...President Reagan gave AMNESTY to millions of illegals...he made it WORSE...because he set the precedent of the illegals coming here...and then they know they will eventually get amnesty...
Varmintxer...I am about ready to turn off talk radio...even the "good guys" are driving me nuts lately.....the first was Laura Ingraham....but, all of them are disappointing...sigh...
