I listened to KBH....and I was really disappointed...she is one of my Senators...and shw sounded like someone whose office has been bombarded with calls....like mine...

But, instead of saying she made a mistake by voting for Warner's Amendment...she rationalized why it was better than Levin's...which is was, but it was wrong to sign on to the Dems amendment regardless of changes...

I am not a big fan of KBH, though, so that my be more my problem than hers.

Hatch is terrific on matters judiciary. I've seen him in person a few times and he is our best friend when it comes to judges.
