Too bad none of the Gang of 14 Dims are especially vulnerable to Italian voters. This is transparent stereotyping.

Unfortunatly, Schumer just needs the Jewish vote, the black vote, and the yuppie vote. That and the fact that he has bought off half of the Republicans in the state means that he will have no more than token opposition.

He ruled against the ban on partial-birth abortion.
His position is the same as Hitlery's.
He is really another crony - an east-coast elitist, a Yalie.
The Bushes are RINOs and always have been.
I am the computer guy for a building full of accountants.
Every year I must remind them to save Word and Excel docs to PDF format if they are to leave the building. I use stories like this (as well as the infamous SCO docs) as examples of what happens when they send Word and Excel files outside of the building.
And M$ wonders why people want to save to PDF....
The DNC exposed AGAIN!
Wow! This is at least the third time that Word has tripped up liberals. First was Rathergate. Then recently, the UN was caught in an embarrassing situation about the Syrian assassination because of the Track Changes feature in a doc. Now this. I hate to use Word in my work, but at least it's good for something!
"He ruled against the ban on partial-birth abortion."
I think you are confused, here. Alito concurred in overturning New Jersey's partial-birth abortion ban, citing Supreme Court's precedent in Stenberg v. Carhart.
Devorah Adler is the DNCs new Research Director.

Wrong.
I suggest you educate yourself on this nominee before spouting off and making yourself look foolish.
Its Holloween. Many freaks are out today.
Are you going for the most-ignorant-sentences-in-one-post award?
As you state, he overturned the ban on partial-birth abortion because it didn't provide an exception for the "health" of the mother.
This is the the same position held by Hillary and other libs.
If we can't ban this hideous procedure, described by Sen. Patrick Moynahan correctly as infanticide, where are we?
No, sir, I am not "confused"
Are you?
Do you suggest that a judge on an inferior court may disregard binding precedent?
The "revolution" has to start somewhere.
Kick
"As you state, he overturned the ban on partial-birth abortion because it didn't provide an exception for the "health" of the mother."
It was struck down on the basis of precedent, which was set by the Supreme Court. Alito concurred with the decision. As I understand it, Rehnquist reportedly concurred as well. There is a right way and a wrong way to go about things, here. Bad or poorly written law should be struck down, whether we agree with the intent of that law or not.
How do you regard Planned Parenthood v. Casey in Pennsylvania?
