Does Wexler do anything but issue press releases?
This nomination, along with that of John Roberts, will cement Bush's place in history. The court will, at long last, return to law based on the Constitution rather than opinion poll.

we don't want swing votes. we want unanimous decisions!
Bader-Ginsburg was unanimous cause the GOP put up no fight, unfortunately.

I'm getting soooo tired of the Schumers, et al, intonation of the words "In the mold of Sandra Day O'Connor," said in their Ted from the Mary Tyler Moore show voice.

Listen you dems; the President gave you what you asked for, he took a lot of hell from us for doing so and you sat on the sidelines laughing. He trusted your outfit and you screwed him. Texans do not like this.

Ah, the "Mouth of Boca"/Boca de Boca speaks.

Did Wexler forget that he does not get a vote?

I'm not confident about the results of a "Constitutional Option" vote yet. I suspect that two days from now, there will be a much better read of the Senate, especially the key vote of Specter, as well as the "gang of 14" as most like to designate them. I fear a distinct probability of the Nuke vote failing if it comes to that now, though.
I hope it doesn't.

Women little people across America, who value their personal privacy safety when it comes to making reproductive decisions being protected as weak and helpless, should be extremely alarmed by this nomination and what repercussions lie in store for the future of the current policy cloaked as women's reproductive freedoms.

You gotta love the Dems. calling the GOP the party of "division and fear" and then using Halloween as an excuse to produce one more claim of America needing to be "scared" of something the president has done. Spare me. When is this district in Florida going to wise up and relieve the nation of the burden of having to listen to one more moronic syllable coming out of Wacko Wexler's mouth???

As I've told others on this thread, my father's office was right across from Wexlers, so he had to often ride in the elevator with this a-s clown on a regular basis.

I take it that you've never been to Boca Raton, Coral Springs or the "Turnpike corridor" of Palm Beach County. Wexler's in a safe district, believe me.

Don Scalito: President Bush has made an offer that Senate can't refuse.
