Tell me again, why would any sane person want to be a teacher when the laws currently are structured to bring about this type of a result.
This problem is only aggravated by the NEA that is populated at the top by types that promote keeping incompetants in our schools while at the same time, promoting laws that weaken our educational system.
This is an example of what happens when kids that have obvious mental problems are kept in the system and not incarcerated in an institution.

An occasional innocent life now and then is a small price to pay to make us feel good about doing the "right" thing
... as long as the victim is somebody else's family...
