Teacher dies from beating Oct 30, 2005, 07:44 PM
WAFF 48 News has learned the teacher who was brutally beaten at Valley school has died.
The attack happened Wednesday inside the Lawrence County Family Education building in Moulton.
Doctors say Judy Jester's condition worsened and she never regained consciousness.
She died Sunday afternoon at Huntsville Hospital.
Jester was a first grade teacher at Hatton Elementary School.
She was found bleeding and unconscious inside the Lawrence County Family Education building in Moulton Wednesday night.
Investigators say the she had been beaten several times in the head and face.
Jester suffered a fractured skull and a brain stroke.
A 15-year old is accused of attacking her.
The unidentified teenager is being held at a detention center in Lauderdale County.
Police believe robbery may have been the motive behind the beating.
The teenager faces robbery, burglary and attempted murder charges, but now those charges are expected to be upgraded.
The teenager could be charged as an adult.

We have made our schools and everyone in them easy targets, areas of no resistance, for terrorists, deranged people,and just plain ordinary criminals to commit crimes.

And your point? Right now we have a society made up of approximately 16% blacks, however blacks commit nearly 50% of all murders (2004 FBI statistics). We are not going to get to the root of the problem unless we are open and honest about who is commiting this crime.
Many blacks worship the thug mentality and their so called leaders blame all of their misgivings on whites. Bill Cosby is right when he said that they need to take responsibility for their actions. Race is an issue and needs to be addressed if things are going to change. Why couldnt this be a race crime, I believe many many blacks hold a hatred against whites and it is taught at an early age even in their churches. It is sad and very prevelant but if we are not honest about this then it is never going to change. Overt black racism today is no different than the white racist of 60's only that they get away with by claiming to be oppressed .

Check the statistics. Not your emotions. If you are white and are the victim of a violent crime it will most likeky be at the hands of another white person.
