You completely ignore the statistics, true liberal form. I know that you want to make this an emotional issue so that you can take the high ground but it wont work. A crime was committed and if the races had been opposite then Im sure we would have heard a chorus from the race baiters.

I bring it up because in order to have honest discourse we need to remember who is committing a disproportionate amount of the violent crime. This is essential in getting to the root of the problem. It is not immaterial, I suppose you might live in the back woods somewhere and not in an urban community. If you did live in a city you might understand the racial division and acting like you are above the discussion of race in this crime is strikingly elitist. BTW were you a privileged child who attended a mostly white school?

You skipped over most of what I had stated. Would you disagree that blacks by and large are brought up to hate and distrust whites? How would you explain that 90% vote democrat? How is that they can talk about GW or any other white as as a racist or white devil with almost complete immunity? How would you explain their exceedingly high incidence of violent crime, especially against members outside their race?

I would appreciate an honest answer to those questions.

And my point here is that you, by injecting race into the erasion have done exactly what the race baiters do on camera everyday. You are now the race baiter.

Check the statistics. Not your emotions. If you are white and are the victim of a violent crime it will most likeky be at the hands of another white person. Now then you put forth the assertion (sarcastically) that this was a hate crime in post #56. Lets see black student white teacher ....no hate crime here

Make your case for a hate crime here with facts or go stand in the corner with jackson and the rest of the racebaiters.

I grew up in Gadsden, AL, and was in HS the first year of REAL desegregation. I was allowed a free week's "vacation" from HS that year, as I got into so many fights with black guys that there was real fear of a riot if I were at school (there were about 6 of us, white and black, with this situation). I think I can speak from experience about racial stuff as well as anyone. I also have the interesting history of becoming a Christian and going back and apologizing to many of these guys, and leaving my church because my pastor told me "It would not be a good idea" if a friend came and worshiped with me." (I did so without fanfare, just like I called him privately beforehand).

Many blacks DO hate whites, just like many whites DO feel contempt and disdain for blacks. Whites think blacks "blame" them for their problems (some do!), and blacks think whites do not realize or acknowledge that simply being born white gives you an advantage (only an idiot would deny this).

It is unfortunate that black folks have been used by leftists and race hucksters as pawns, and it is unfortunate that black people feel like rich whites don't give a damn. I do know that there are LOTS of fine black people whose dreams and ambitions are like yours and mine. They want a better life, a stable marriage, a vacation once a year, and prospects for a good future for their kids.

The fact that some people DO manipulate the racial issue is no excuse for those of us who are white to stand up and screech "IT'S MY TURN NOW!" when some sorryass black punk kills a white teacher. If you want to bitch about when THEY play the race card, don't play it yourself.
