More likely, Stevens is next... But I wouldn't be surprised if Scalia steps down during Bush's term, in confidence of leaving the court in capable hands.

Why would Scalia step down? He's not that old yet is he? And isn't his health good? Lord I was hoping he had at least another 10 or so years in him.
