"At least you aren't calling them Moors." How about "Muhammedans?"

There are more, or at least as many, Sub-Saharan black Africans of all different religions in Paris and it's suburbs compared to Arab/North African Muslims. At least, that's the strong impression I got in my last trip. I think that's who is involved in this latest incident. Either way, France isn't going to look like France for to much longer. . .

The violence has focused attention once more on France's Interior Minster, Nicholas Sarkozy.Sarkozy is France's Rudy. He is tough and hated by the Islamists in France. His grandfather is Jewish and, a practising Christian, he is of Romanian and Greek descent.
Hard to imagine the next real leader in the war against Islam might be French.
He looks a little like Krauthammer...

Are the Muslims playing their hand too soon? After all, they are only about 10% of the population.

Perhaps an internal conflict precipitated by an alien invasion, in a Western country will wake up America?

Hey, I don't see any black berets or those fancy black and white striped shirts in any of the pictures! What's going on in France these days?
People walk in silence in the northern Paris suburb of Clichy-sous-Bois in tribute to two boys, aged 14 and 16, who died when they scaled a wall of an electrical relay station and fell against a transformer.

Hate to point out the obvious, but the Barbarian" invasions" were really just migrations across borders by partially romanized peoples.

Michel Thooris from Action Police CFTC, said. 'My colleagues neither have the equipment nor the practical nor theoretical training for street fighting.' Butch up there, Michel.
The kids don't either, but they seem to be holding up their end of the riot, and selling t-shirts, to boot.

From history, it appears that France will lose against Muslims. From the
Complete Military History of France website:
- Algerian Rebellion - Lost. Loss marks the first defeat of a western army by a Non-Turkic Muslim force since the Crusades, and produces the First Rule of Muslim Warfare; "We can always beat the French." This rule is identical to the First Rules of the Italians, Russians, Germans, English, Dutch, Spanish, Vietnamese and Esquimaux.

"'There's a civil war under way in Clichy-sous-Bois at the moment,' Michel Thooris from Action Police CFTC, said. 'My colleagues neither have the equipment nor the practical nor theoretical training for street fighting.' Clichy-sous-Bois is home to 28,300 people a large number of whom are recent immigrants from North or Central Africa. Most live in rundown, low-rise public housing estates. Unemployment rates are among the highest in France and many locals see the police as 'the enemy'."
Ahh, another tale from Europe's multicultural socialist paradise.

Hundreds of French youths fought with police and set cars ablaze in a northern Paris suburb early yesterday morning in a second successive night of rioting
Well we finally found someone the French are willing to fight.
Themselves. Guess they all just assumed the other side would do the French thing and run away.
