George W. Bush is laying a claim to be the President who did the best job creating jobs for blacks. Currently, black unemployment is 9.4%, which is significantly lower than the 10% it averaged in the Clinton years. The current rate is also much lower than the average black unemployment rate over the past 30 years, which is 12.4%.

This can't be! Bush hates blacks...Kanye West said so!
If you want on (or off) of my black conservative ping list, please let me know via FREEPmail. (And no, you don't have to be black to be on the list!)
Extra warning: this is a high-volume ping list.
"We already realize a lot of the people that could help are at war now fighting another way and theyve given them permission to go down and shoot us."
"George Bush doesn't care about black people."
"..the teen black unemployment rate which is in the 20s consistently thanks to the minimum wage."
Yes, the minimum wage is a factor, but not learning much in school or dropping out of school also makes many of them less of an employment prospect.
don't hate on kanye...freedom of speaatch beaatch...lol I guess he missed the point that people said his comments were inappropriate not illegal.
It is probably that fewer blacks, as a percentage, are entering the work force, since they are being aborted into extinction.
This story is unimportant and irrelevant (to the democrats).
The democrats are going to make sure, via the lack of reporting of this news in the MSM, that their constituents remain ignorant of any good news during Bush's term.
They just want the bad news, i.e., the Libby indictment, to get out. They want the bad news out in the hope that it will get democrats elected. Never mind that they don't have any positions on the big issues.
Ann Coulter has a good line which might as well be the bumpersticker for the democrats in the next round of elections: ELECT DEMOCRATS- LIBBY WAS INDICTED!.
More bad news for Dems and Farrakhan fanatics.
Bush, America's first black president?
The dems platform of hand outs looks at first glance, as if it means they actually care about the black population. But what is really going on is a racist practice to keep blacks out of the workforce so the racist doesn't have to work or compete with them. And also out of their neighborhoods so they don't have to live by them because the dem handouts are small enough to make sure they don't live in their neighborhoods.
The Republicans offer doesn't look quite so good at first glance. It's just freedom to work hard and become all that you can. But if you follow the Republican road, you get to work with (and in some instances outshine) some of those dems who offered you that hand out to get you to stay home. And also if you follow the Republican road you get to live in those dems neighborhoods and probably in a bigger house then theirs. : )
So what are you saying...that according to your graph Bush Sr turned around a recession by creating a favorable business climate which resulted in several years of declining unemployment rates and the greatest Bull Market we have ever seen? That Clinton managed to do absolutely nothing for 8 years except sell out our national security interests to the Chinese and get a hummer in the White House while taking credit for a market that he had absolutely nothing to do with creating, staying just long enough to ensure that we were in another recession before it was time to hands the reins over to someone else to fix the mess again?

Word!
I can. Education.
Until this country rallies together to demand excellence in its public schools...some kids won't ever hear the words "reading comprehension, critical thinking, etc., etc., etc., unless their parents utter the words.
Few in the rural south still!!! THIS IS 2005!!! hear those words.
It's because there are fewer blacks, sine he killed all of those blacks in New Orleans. Or maybe his plan is to work them to death.
Bush Working Black Folks to Death.
Wow, this is great news.
