As you and I have already discussed today people (including the radio lawyers) are missing an important point here. As a Federal employee he had an obligation to keep his stinking mouth shut about CIA personnel regardless of the information that existed in the public arena. Now he has to deal with an anally retentive prosecutor and a trial in an area of the country already hostile to Republicans. Nothing about Wilson /Plame matters. They probably will not be allowed to be called as witnesses.

This has the potential to go very badly for Libby.

Exactly and we seem to be some of the few Freepers that see it that way. Must have had to been there, done that to understand!

Libby should have kept his mouth SHUT -- you are so right!
