If Democrats want to use the Courts to crimialize the decisions the American people make at the ballot box, turn it right back on them. We'll run next year on the terror they pose if EVER in charge again. Not only on their blind eye toward terrorism, but willingness to lock people away if they can for not toeing their line. Cram this abuse down THEIR throats and fry them with it during the elections.
This is apparently the one he had all along. On the earlier thread, speculation was that he was going to get more of a heavy hitter in this type of indictment. Whether he will remains to be seen.

Libby and his lawyers will teach Fitzzzzzzzz a lesson in law. I feel sorry for Fitzzzzzz, but he should have known if he was such a great lawyer and, after checking the law, gave up the case in the first week. I think Fitzzzzzz will not be the prosecutor in the trial. He'll hide. And if I were President Bush, I would want to know who in the CIA requested the investigation and fire them.
