Does anybody know what the specific charges were against Berger? This just doesn't seem right...especially after the Clinton years.
I don't recall ever seeing the specific charges in the Berger case - just that he went before a Magistrate and and the case was handled as a misdemeanor instead of a felony with a jury trial. It was a total miscarriage of justice and a slap in the face of everyone who has every held a security clearance and diligently complied with security regulations.
