Of course not. He foolishly lied about something that wasn't even a crime thinking that he had to protect Rove and probably not even knowing that Rove had committed no crime by conveying the CIA status of Plame to him. It is a bunch of garbage where Fitx is determined to indict SOMEBODY over SOMETHING and if he can't get someone for a big crime, he will take a lesser one.
