I don't think it's ever too early to think about the next election.

I wouldn't mind Dr. Rice as President -- I think she is capable and qualified. I mentioned this in another thread -- she seems to know when to get tough and when to be soft. We need a strong President -- one who can give our enemies the what-for and be good to our friends and allies (our true friends and allies, that is -- not pseudo allies like France, Germany and Russia). And we will especially need a strong figure to beat up the Democrats...particularly if somehow (God forbid) we wind up losing majority in one or both houses of Congress.

But as for any other candidates -- I don't know. I've heard a few names, but I'm not too familiar with these individuals, so I can't stay whether they would be good as President or not. Some others mentioned who I do know -- such as McCain -- no way. And definitely not Santorum either.

Certainly, this is something to consider and not a moment too soon either.

Hi again:

Yeah, I want to start my own investigation of the candidates.

I wish Jeb would run. Maybe in '12 ?

I don't like Mcain at all. I thank him for his suffering and service, but I don't get him at all as far as politically.

Yada, yada, I guess you have all been there said that...

Thanks
