"In addition to false statements, prosecutors have also considered other charges such as mishandling classified information, obstruction of justice or illegally disclosing the identity of a covert intelligence agent?."
Covert intelligence agent? Valerie Plame is/was no more a "covert intelligence agent" than my cat! LMAO

It's all about the indictment. Never mind proving the case.

Why would WH fear anyway? Politically, I don't see how this is going to be a big issue. If it's Rove, perhaps... Libby? Nobody knew Libby before...

well like I've been saying, if you are ever subpoenaed to appear before a Grand Jury, sell the house and pack up the wife and kids and get the hell out of the country 'cause anyone can be indicted for anything!

I agree and the other night on one of the tv shows, mention was made of how easy it is to indict a ham sandwich -- the response was "well at least a ham sandwich has meat on it."
This will be a political indictment. NO MEAT.

Yahoo placed this POS article in its headlines last night. I saw a headline with no correlation to the truth. They just put a headline out there to further their agenda and never elaborate with any facts. Then, they repeat their lies and distortions.

What is most appalling with this issue is that no MSM outlet I have read bothers to mentionhow many Clinton Administration officials were indicted between 1993 and 2001.

Behind the scenes the White House is laughing at all the mental fake orgasm that the Left and their media were having for the last few weeks thinking that they finally got ROVE, well they did not.

A person outside the legal profession familiar with recent developments in the case said Thursday night Now why wouldn't anyone believe such a paragon of truth? LOL.
To: kellynla
Fitzgerald signaled Thursday he might keep Rove under continuing investigation, sparing him from immediate charges, the person said, speaking only on condition of anonymity because of the secrecy of the grand jury probe. All hopeful speculation by the AP. "Fitzgerald signaled?" What does that mean? If Libby is going to be indicted, he knows it already because he has received the target letter.

not so quick, Fitz can continue his investigation ad infinitum...or at least until a judge shuts him down!

Kellynla, this is the Democrat's plan to either get rid of or neutralize the Republican leaderhip that are effective before the '06 and'08 elections.
The Democrats have given up on winning elections and are resorting to kangeroo courts where they control the judges and prosecutors.
If you dig deep enough, you will find Hillary's fingerprints all over this.
Legally there has been no crime committed here or in the Delay case.
Hillary Clinton and her minons have committed more crimes than they could be prosecuted for if court was held 24 hours a day from now to the end of the world. But for some reason the Bush Administration refuses to allow her to be prosecuted. Same thing with Sandy Berger.

Anyone here read about Libby's friendship with Marc Rich? Somehow, I think he's (Libby) is expendable.
