I have to say, I like Estrada for demographic reasons, both age and heritage. Also I like him for sticking it to the Dims who fillibustered him.
The president is in the position now of saying to the Dims that if they wanted someone like Miers, they should have supported her.
I do not see how we are going to get a real conservative through the rino and Dem senate. This was slap in the face to Bush and weakened him considerably.
I note that Alito was confirmed by a Dem senate.
Is there anything in his opinions in teh 15 years on the court which would cause a filibuster?
