One name is missing who I think will make an excellent Supreme Court Justice --- the former Solicitor General --- Theodore Olson.
A True Originalist/Constructionist whose opinions and arguments are always calm, cogent and well reasoned.
An in-your-face nomination to the Dems, and an gift to his conservative base.
Heck, even his arch-rival Lawrence Tribe admires the man.
