I am a conservative first and then a Republican. My beliefs are greater than can be encompassed within a political party.

Today chose Matt Lauer to interview her, rather than Katie Couric with whom Ann had famously clashed on air after having described Couric as an "affable Evan Braun." Who's Evan Braun? Eva's brother?

Thanks for the alert; I set the VCR to record Ann's interview.
Your alerts are always appreciated here in the central time zone...let's us know ahead of time whether to even both taping or not!

He's the Braun with the Adam's Apple.

Yes, the truth can now be revealed: Hitler's sweetheart was actually a tranvesnazi.

Perhaps on Halloween next week Matt should dress up as Ann and lower his dignity even more.

Thanks Maria. No huge fireworks during Ann's appearance this morning, but any Coulter sighting on MSM is always video-worthy!

If Ann is Eva Braun... then Couric is Gen. Berkhaulter's sister.

As long as she only criticizes him for being too liberal, I have no problem with it.

Responding to Lauer's observation about W's myriad problems and sagging polls, Ann observed: "he's made one mistake - Harriet Miers. He just has to eliminate that mistake and everything will be fine."I'm patiently awaiting Ann's article in which she admits she was wrong about the Judge Roberts nomination.

-"I am a conservative first and then a Republican. My beliefs are greater than can be encompassed within a political party. " THAT is what sets many apart in this domain. Are you going to be more loyal to a 'cause' or to a 'man'. I know where my loyalties lie.

Ann observed: "he's made one mistake - Harriet Miers." Saaaaaaay ... didn't Ann go ballistic over John Roberts? Wasn't he a huge mistake? Has Ann gotten comfortable with Bush's first Supreme Court nominee?
Perhaps Miers would seem to be no longer a mistake, given a little more time.
