I am going to have to root for the Astro`s tonight. Only because I don`t want to see a sweep and no more baseball until next year.
I do want the Sox to win the series but not in a sweep. I need at least two or three more games of baseball this year.
My withdrawl symptoms are less painful if the series is a thriller, not a one sided tromping.
My husband would agree with you...he wants the baseball season to extend as long as possible...but he is like that with all sports..he loves extra innings in any baseball game, he loves tie games in both football and basketball, and he just loves overtime...
But his main reason for wanting the Astros to win a few games, is that this allows the game to go back to Chicago, and then the White Sox could win with the home team crowd present...
Me, I say, lets have the White Sox win it now and take no chances...
