There has been some talk on this thread about 400 lbs. of explosives in Hinrich's car. Like others on this thread, this is the first that I have heard about that. Do you remember anything in your archives about it?
I don't have any sourced information regarding the amount of explosives taken from the apartment and/or the car. It was only confirmed that there were explosives located at least in the apartment, and that it was taken to the training/firing range just outside Norman and detonated on 10/02.
