This is insane. Hillary! wants schools to educate Down's Syndrom children so that they do as well on tests as all other students.
The schools can barely educate the "normal" children to do well on the tests.
Um...are these the same tests that students can't pass..and their parents are SUING, because of it???
I dare say that the parents of Down's syndrome children probably do a much better job at making sure their children are educated to the best of their abilites...MUCH better than a large percentage of parents with "normal" children.
What HillaryCare wants is to kill the unborn, elderly and disabled... make no mistake about that.
Sorry, hellary. Only God could do that.
