Two tasks in setting up an off-the-shelf computer, each takes as long as all the rest of the job combined: 1) Securing it;
2) Getting rid of all AOL references, links, associated programs, bookmarks, TSRs, etc..

I have that problem I must have an AOL TSR because if I accidentally give the keys a glancing blow an AOL page opens up such shopping or holidays etc.

Yeah, I've got some game CD's etc, that were partnered with AOL. I'm afraid to load them 'cause I might re-infect my machine with all their crap!
