The Note is Mark Halperin.
LOL! That's classic.
Having read the totally unsourced conjecture and speculation at the Washington Note, that has to be the funniest thing I've heard in weeks.
I think it is members of the Grand Jury. Remember where the GJ is located and the type of Democrats that live there.
And Halperin doesn't have an unblemished track record.
It's my understanding the Grand Jury meets on Wednesdays.... I'll wait until tomorrow.
Did Fineman appear deflated ? Maybe a little let down? Last night on Scarborough he was positively orgasmic.
He was so excited and certain - he had me going. I ran here to FR to find out if Cheney was going to resign...
Excellent point!
Ah! Dick Morris sauce?
The bidding for Rove not indicted is selling for $4 more than
Rove indicted. But, statistically it's probably meaningless -
a big 50% maybe.
But that ignores the fact that Fitz is using a "Grand" Jury
so it's likely they'll find some ham sandwiches in the white house.

No, it wasn't secret, and it was made under very unusual circumstances.
No confidentiality agreement, no written report, this was bureaucratic infighting, he was chosen and sent by his wife because they needed someone reliably corrupt enough to come back and say all the right things.
The Wilson's are not out of the woods by a long shot, even if they do not get indicted they will be stars of a future trial along with Miller, Pinckus, Russert and the other accumulated filth floating around this issue.
Now thats just gross! LOL
As opposed to the torch song pinings ms. dowd has made so fashionable.
My question was WHY and WHO sent a NON-CIA person who does NOT work for OUR govt. on such an important mission. It's not a dumb question.
To indict they need a quorum and they won't have that until Wednesday.
Boy, would I love to see Pincus get one of Fitzgerald's little gifts...
Where's THAT info from?!
