It is not "society" which is confused -- at least not all of it.

I wouldn't say "society" is getting confused. We definitely have some confused nutcases that just have no concept of values.

Homosexuality is a PERVERTED imitation of a heterosexual relationship - except the parts don't fit together and the interchangeable roles don't work either.

I thought this was going to be a story about discrimination against single people, probably a viable idea for a story. But just dam...what a laugher!

I'm not sure I'm following this exactly. As I understand it, couple-ism is bad because it is oppressive like a real marriage because one of the queers is "the woman"? And by "the woman" they mean he has to do the dishes and vacuum the rug?
Queers are so funny ... I'm surprised all of our sitcoms aren't Will and Grace.

Moral Absolutes Ping.
These people are seriously mentally and spiritually ill and if allowed to, they will destroy our country, and any other counrties they infect. Their phantasmagorical psychotic world view needs to be shut up, tied up, stuffed in the closet, and defeated in every way. Unfortunately many of these sick fools teach in institutions of higher learning and are infecting young people with this poison.
Freepmail me if you want on/off this pinglist.

In the words of one radical activist: I was blind to racism, ageism, sexism, couple-ism, and in general, all of the ways that people are oppressed
And it was double-plus ungood.

Tragically, many psychologists and sociologists have noted that even in same-sex marriages, both partners take on heterosexual gender rolesI'm just trying to figure out why the word "tragically" is in this sentence. Is it tragic that scientists have noted this phenomenom? Is it tragic that "even" in same-sex marriages the partners take on gender roles (this implies that it's equally tragic in heterosexual marriages), or is it tragic that same-sex couples take on these roles (which hardly seems to matter--once you have a same-sex couple, who cares which one's on the bottom or doing the dishes).

[In other words, same-sex marriage is good as long as it is not like real marriage, which is bad, because it is patriarchal and oppressive and involves sex roles.]
How foolish of me to waste 10 years of my life playing the "role" of the "patriarchal and oppressive" husband. I didn't realize that I was doing something so wrong, especially at sex, as treating my wife like a wife.
Consider me repentant.
