Cheney apparently discovered details of Plame's CIA work after he questioned then CIA Director George J. Tenet about her husband, Ambassador Wilson. Soooo, Tenet was the source. Tenet telling Cheney would be no crime. Cheney telling Libby would be no crime. Crime, Crime who's got the crime?

You're rather conveniently leaving out the last link in the chain. Which is that Libby telling reporters might indeed be a crime. Libby lying to the grand jury by saying he didn't tell reporters might indeed be a crime as well. The mantra on FreeRepublic for weeks has been that Libby heard about Plame from reporters. This defense no longer appears operative. The White House will be extremely lucky if it gets out of this with only Libby indicted. Rove could end up being named as an unindicted co-conspirator on obstruction of justice if the prosecutor determines Rove also lied, but that a conviction on the charge would be difficult to get.

Tenet telling Cheney would be no crime. Cheney telling Libby would be no crime. Crime, Crime who's got the crime? Libby telling Miller or other reporters could be a crime. Lying about whether you did or did not tell somebody is a crime.
