so Libby provides his notes, and then gives testimony contra to his own notes, which he provided? how's that?do you remember the clintonista who claimed he "lied to his diary" when he gave conflicting testimony apart from his notes?

This is nothing but bad for the White-house. The original defense was that this info was obtained from reporters. Now, a link is being established - Tenant, Cheney, to Libby and Rove.
If they had received the info from reporters, I could really see how they produce this info and could claim not knowing her CIA status. If her info came through formal channels, in my opinion, it is doubtful administration officials didn't know here status.
I have always despised this type of leaking of info and it should be prosecuted. That being said, the prosecution should be consistent; send a prosecutor out after all the senators who have been leaking classified info for years!!! There are many instances where top-secret intelligence capabilities were leaked by senators - these leaks had far reaching consequences that actually damaged US interests (I find the claim that leaking Plame's name had any actual harm to Us interests).
I want to Senators frog-marched out of the Capitol and put in jail where they belong!
