I might be willing to take that Christian's word that she'll be an originalist, if I had any confidence she could define the term. She probably thinks an originalist is someone who knows how to apply the proportional representation rule of the equal protection clause. You know, that's the rule that requires gender and race based set asides, forces law firms to pool clients' money so the interest payments can be used to fund cases pushing for homosexual adoption, and lowers standards on fire departments to favor women.
