North Korea has issued a demand for the United States to treat it as a nuclear power awhile accusing Washington of hypocrisy for overlooking Israel's presumed possession of nuclear weapons.
An editorial published Sunday in the official newspaper Rodong Sinmun said the resolution of the nuclear standoff will be possible only when the United States gives up its unfair and prejudiced double standard.
North Korea says it wants to be treated like Israel, a country widely believed to have nuclear weapons without having signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.
North Korea's statement comes as the six party talks, including both Koreas, China, Russia, Japan and the United States, on Pyongyang's nuclear program are about to resume. While no date has been set, the talks are expected to begin in November.

First thing they get as a nuclear power is to be targeted by 2000 nuclear weapons on a hair trigger. Sleep well......

Ok. First strike with two fully loaded Ohio class boomers to neutralize the threat. Expending all 48 (24X2) missils of course.

Just wait until they have operational ICBMs. What will their demands be then? They are ruled by a pajama wearing Elvis impersonator.

The behavior of these guys keeps getting more and more childish. We should just keep treating them like babies and watch them implode.

Israel is rumored to have something like 100-200 nuclear weapons, courtesy of the old South African regime, also rumored to have had it's own nuclear weapons, courtesy of Israel.

North Korea Demands to be Treated as Nuclear Power How do we treat nuclear power in the US?
Well, we generally shun it entirely.
When we do have to deal with it, we build containment mechanisms to shut it in and protect the surrounding area.
Is that what NK has in mind?

Sheesh lil Kim, you shot your mouth off about having nukes, and Israel never has. Last week you said you only wanted peaceful nuclear materials and demanded a reactor that would give you tritium so you could build H-Bombs instead of only A-Bombs.
Kimmy you need to take your meds and shut up before you destroy any credibility you might have overlooked before.

We should just keep treating them like babies and watch them implode. Just as long as they do not explode.

Maybe we should treat them, like say, France.

My appologies to Elvis. What I meant to say is that he is a not very good (in more ways than one) impersonator.
