Sure I have evidence to support my position. The first poll was taken over 2 to 3 days, whereas the second has been over a far longer period, and half as many people have voted.

Secondly, I agree a majority of posters do appear to be anti-Miers, but I also know numerous pro-Miers posters have melted into the background. They know Miers is going to be confirmed, and are fed up with the DU scream loudest mentality. They scream like my first wife, and I gave up talking to brick walls over 20 years ago.
