We live in strange times. In the 21st Century we have unimagined medical and technical advances while at the same time more credence is given to absolute loons.
A large share of the blame for this should be laid at the feet of news talk radio and TV. The soap box lunatics are now afforded a place and time for mainstream debate because it achieves ratings.
If on TV and radio and not shouting on a street corner, maybe they've got something legitimate to say.
Years ago while traveling at night I used to listen to this type crazies on an end of dial black extremist talk radio. I learned interesting "facts". The "Man" is killing Blacks by putting the AIDS virus in condoms, so "brothers" don't use condoms said "social activist" and celebrity Dick Gregory.
My personal favorite was a huge discovery of how the "Man" puts down the Black man. Why black people can't get loans and jobs. It's all there in plain sight. When I got home I was glued sitting in the car listening to one caller after another reciting- Hallelujah- we discovered the secret and proof of the White Conspiracy against Black people. If you apply for a loan and for a job you will be turned down because- are you ready- the two middle numbers in your Social Security number are an even number. It's how the Man knows you are Black. Every caller had a story of being turned down and each had an even number.
I have an even number as does every member of my family. I found it amusing and sad.
The lunacy was relegated to late night at the end of the dial.
Now we openly discuss whether the Government blew up the levees in New Orleans.
This clown in his clown suit is now allowed his opinions on FOX news. C-Span covers Farrakhan. Al Sharpton sits with US Senators and others in debate running for President. And it's all normal.
Brave New World.
Nobody, and I mean NO-body in Washington takes this clown seriously.

Origins: Specious etymologies seem to be all the rage of late, and this wild claim about 'picnic' fits that trend. You'll be heartened to know 'picnic' has nothing to do with lynching Blacks (or anyone else, for that matter). The
e-mailed "little known fact" quoted above is a hoax. And a mean-spirited one at that, one that makes all who repeat it look incredibly foolish.'Picnic' began life as a 17th-century French word — it wasn't even close to being an American invention. A 1692 edition of Origines de la Langue Françoise de Ménage mentions 'piquenique' as being of recent origin marks the first appearance of the word in print. As for how the French came by this new term, it was likely invented by joining the common form of the verb 'piquer' (meaning "to pick" or "peck") and a nonsense rhyming syllable coined to fit the first half of this new palate-pleaser.
The first documented appearance of the term outside the French language occurred in 1748, but it was 1800 or thereabouts before anyone can prove it made it into the English language. Even then, it still wasn't in America — it was in England.
Originally, the term described the element of individual contribution each guest was supposed to make towards the repast, as everyone who had been invited to social events styled as "picnics" was expected to turn up bearing a dish to add to the common feast. This element was picked up in other 'picnic' terms, such as 'picnic society,' which described gatherings of the intelligentsia where everyone was expected to perform or in some other way contribute to the success of the evening.
Over time, the meaning of the word shifted to emphasize an alfresco element that had crept into the evolving concept of what such gatherings were supposed to be. Nowadays one thinks of a picnic as a casual meal partaken in a pastoral setting, not as a repast enjoyed either indoors or outdoors but which was contributed to by everybody. Modern picnics can be provisioned by only one cook, and no one would think anything of it
-- what matters now is the food be eaten outdoors.By the 19th century, 'picnic' had successfully made this linguistic shift in meaning. Its history (and that of every other word in the English language) is documented in the Oxford English Dictionary, and nowhere in its lengthy OED entry is mention made of executions or blacks.

That's why they commonly meet with one another to discuss deviding the land. Sorry, but they do take them seriously because they are on the same insignificant level. None of them are taken seriously by the masses.
Does the Southern Poverty Law Center have a problem with this group?
My point was that serious and determined white racists like Christian Identity etc...deem Jews to be their real foe.
Blacks, Mexicans, etc are inconsequential...fodder, not focus.
