Jonah may or may not be a rock, but the Washington Post article contains readily verifiable facts about Miers tenure on the Texas ABA board. These reports to date are undisputed and reveal deeply troubling news about Miers views on affirmative action and "diversity." None of this gainsays our (I assume) shared views about the Washington Post's bias in its editorial judgments and practices.

If Miers is withdrawn, we will see some "deeply troubling news".

So, you've never read an MSM article with "readily verifiable facts," gotten the impression they meant to give you, and then later learned that OTHER equally readily verifiable facts that they chose not to mention cast the story in an entirely different light?

Ah, to be so young again.
