Leftys and big government types of all stripes have made it so that kids can be branded for life as a result of doing the normal kind of stupid stuff that all kids do along the way. Pulling some girls hair is "sexual harassment", calling some kid a "fag" is a "hate crime", telling some other kid you're gonna "kick his ass" is a "terroristic threat". I wouldn't have made it to age 12 myself.
It's easy to think that it's just some government "dweebs" getting even for the ass-kicking they got from other kids when they were "junior dweebs", but the more sinister (and more likely) motivation is to criminalize as many people as possible and, thus, increase their own power.
Sure, I know I'm paranoid, but the question is - "Am I paranoid enough?"

If you are an important enough politician or lefty you can ignore sexual harassment accusations and be welcomed back into the fold, even if they are proved. Bill Clinton, Mel Reynolds and Jesse Jackson.
