Beg to disagree. Clinton like Gorby is far from a has been.
Both carry a tremendous amount of clout. Some might even consider them "king makers."
Clinton can make or break democrat politicians with a speech, hand shake, telephone call, or a smile. Even his absence from a candidates side may be perceived to make or break elections.
Some even speculate that Clinton could be the next Secretary General of the U.N. Not sure if it's currently legal for an American to fill that role, but, hey, if the world wants and needs him, I'm sure the world will have him.

You are pretty much right. I was referring to the fact that Clinton stays out of the limelight for a few months sometimes, but he just can't resist coming back to it.
