Father avoids trial in dispute over gay lifestyle teachings October 20, 2005

CONCORD, Mass. --Prosecutors have agreed to drop the charges against a Lexington father who refused to leave school property after demanding that school officials notify him before any discussion of homosexuality in his son's kindergarten class.

David Parker, whose case prompted rallies by both supporters and critics, was scheduled to go to trial on Thursday for a misdemeanor trespassing charge.

Under the agreement struck this week with Middlesex County prosecutors, Parker will be on probation for a year, after which the charges will be dropped if Parker stays out of trouble. A judge approved the deal Thursday.

Parker, 43, first complained to officials at Joseph Estabrook School in January after his son brought home a book that included pictures of same-sex couples.

He was arrested on April 27 after a meeting in which school officials refused to tell him when homosexuality was to be discussed so he could remove his son from class. Parker refused to leave school grounds despite repeated requests to do so.

The agreement does not include any admission of guilt by Parker, but he must continue to adhere to an order imposed after his arrest that bars him from all public school property in Lexington.

"My wife and I are satisfied with the outcome," he told The Associated Press. "We will continue to move forward as we always have with tolerance and patience in these matters."

Lexington Superintendent Paul B. Ash did not immediately return a call seeking comment.

When I homeschooled in NY state, there were 3 topics required for me to teach my kindergarden son - fire safety, traffic safety, and AIDS education.

I remember thinking, what idiots passed a law mandating I teach a 5 year old about AIDs?

It was only because I homeschooled I became aware of it. The children in school were being fed that garbage without their parents knowing.

"but he must continue to adhere to an order imposed after his arrest that bars him from all public school property in Lexington."

WOW!! He should initiate a civil suit against the School District.

Not "ALL" the NEA. Believe it or not, there are many good, God-fearing teachers who have to be a member of a teachers' union for the liability protection and insurance against lawsuits.

The hidden agenda is to prepare children for the pederastic homos. Did you see the article in the Seattle Times on the 19th about the homo having sex with a stud horse? Sick.

I made the papers, sort of:

http://www.pjstar.com/stories/102005/FOR_B7SA7NCV.059.shtml

Here's what I completely wrote and submitted:

Below is a list of names. Everyone in the list has a few things in common. As you read try to guess what those things are. Ready? Here we go:

Robin Gialanella, Stephanie Burleson, Shelley Allen, Sandra “Beth” Geisel, Maria Saco, Amber Marshall, Elisa Kawasaki, Nicola Prentice, Elizabeth Miklosovic, Rhianna Ellis, Samantha Solomon, Gwen Ann Cardozo, Elizabeth Stow, Lynn Samuels, Nicole Andrea Barnhart, . Laura Lynn Findlay, Kelly Lynn Dalecki, Lakina Stutts, Rachelle Vantucci, Donna Carr Galloway, Carol Flannigan, Toni Lynn Woods, Amber S. Jennings, Debra Lafave, Kim Alexander, Kathy Denise White, Susanne Eble, Rebecca Boicelli, Angela M. Stellwag, Bethany Sherrill, Harriet Laquette Gordon, Katherine Tew, Adrianne Hockett, Margaret de Barraicua, Mary Kay Letourneau, Melissa Michelle Deel, Nicole Pomerleau, Sarah Saslorio, Laura L. Findlay, Pamela Charles, Christina Gallagher, Lisa Suitter, Tiffany Copley, Tammy Lee Huggins, Pamela Rogers Turner, LaDona Rangel, Melissa Daw Green, Kimberly Merson, and Georgianne Harrell.

First of all, you can’t help but notice this is a list of women’s names. They represent a coast to coast sample of those who work in public schools as bus drivers, substitutes, and full-time teachers. Many of them are members of the National Education Association. They have also all been charged, going back to 2003, with having had inappropriate, criminal, sexual relationships (some heterosexual and some homosexual) with one or more of their students. This is not a complete list. Names are added weekly.

Many things come to mind when I consider this list; the shameful, in-your-face sexualization of our nation and it’s children, the double standards and misplaced ‘common knowledge’ about men and women, and the realization that, “Gee whiz, maybe sex really doesn’t belong in the classroom.” I wonder when the class-action lawsuits will be brought and what is the NEA’s response to this problem? Since these are public employees shouldn’t the states be doing something about this? I worry about my own children and what local schools do to screen for predators when hiring.

Aside from a prurient tabloid interest, what attention are we giving to this problem? There are long term emotional, psychological, and spiritual problems that will haunt the abused students for the rest of their lives. The greatest contrast I can think of is seen in how the Catholic Church had a scandal and a cover-up on its hands, but the public schools treat their pedophiles as ‘isolated incidents’.

I just read this on dirtyharryy2k's website and it describes so eloquently what is already becoming reality, as David Parker's caes shows:
"Same sex Marriage" is the "Trojan horse" method of attack by homosexual activists and advocacy groups in the effort to legitimize homosexual behavior in the courts and by legislation. Should homosexual marriage be legalized then by judicial fiat homosexuality would be legitimized across the board. This means that school aged children by law would be taught that homosexual behavior is a "safe" and "normal" alternative "sexual lifestyle" choice and by law parents will have no grounds to object (regardless of the negative spiritual, moral, psychological, biological, and medical consequences) IOW unconditional approval and acceptance, kowtow or else.
