Thanks for the link. I was afraid I would need to stay up all night. Now in regards to that link...

If Fitzgerald is thinking "Among the charges that Mr. Fitzgerald is considering are perjury, obstruction of justice and false statement - " then that is B.S. No underlying crime...but he made some up during the proceedings. Come on Fitz! If those weak charges are made, I hope Bush pardons then promotes any indicted.

EXACTLY. how absurd is it that the crime being investigated is now a done deal - IE it didn't happen. but hey, someone, somewhere, certainly made an inconsistent statement over two years of dullard testimony.

Oh yeah, that's right...Pres Bush could pardon. Can he do that while he is still Pres or does he have to wait like Clinton did and do it on the way out?
Can you imagine the screaming if there were indictments and the President pardoned them?
