She can still move her mouth?

Yes, Rush is a loon.

He's a looin because he insults the intelligence of his audience.

He has alternately played up to the pro-Bush conservative and the anti-Bush conservatives.

If Bush is broiught doen, Rush will share in the blame.

John Batchelor said on WABC radio that he is going to have a major announcement regarding the Miers nomination based on a story that's embargoed until 12:01am. The announcement will occur on his radio program in the 12-1am hour.

Well they cancelled the Senate meetings for a reason. I wish I had cash in my tradesports account, because she's done.

Sucker Carlson says he was against the War in Iraq, That alone shows me that he is someone who can't see past his alarm clock setting, and his sense of history can't see beyond this mornings breakfast.

The WOT is about draining the swamp, not swatting the flies, No serious WOT would leave Saddam in power, he had the largest Military and was funding any Terrorist who wanted funding. Saddam was feared by his neighbors and was a source of instability in the region, but that doesn't give us the right to invade his country and remove him from power, but his failure to live up to the cease fire agreement he signed when we kicked his ass in 1991 did.

Any Conservative who falls for this "NO WMD'S, BUSH IS A LIAR" crap is simply a tool for the left.

When we went to the U.N. over Iraq, it was about his failure to comply with the terms of the cease fire. The terms of that cease fire were for him to document the destruction of his admitted stockpile of WMD's, he never did that and we had no other choice but to believe he had them and his record of using them left us no other option than to believe he still had them, and given his past record unprovoked attacks on his neighbors and his own people with WMD's, what else were we to do but remove him from power and set out to drain the swamp. That's exactly what's going on right now, it might be messy, but WE ARE draining the swamp.

I remember 1992. It's too bad that the statist faction of the GOP has declared its preference for a Democrat over a conservative. If the GOP wants to find its future as a center-left party, it will do so without the right.

So you think, if they are indicted, they'll not defend themselves?

If someone is indicted in the adminstration, and I still do not believe that someone will, they got to resign immediately. The White House does not need the distraction.

Most articles have stated how precise & meticulous a prosecutor Fitzgerald is. And how impartial he is.

Do people remember that one of Clinton's first acts was to replace ALL US attorneys. That had never been done as far as I know. Some have been replaced but ALL?

My question is, is Fitz one of Clinton's appointees? If so, doesn't that make him at, best, a RINO?

Spoken by the woman who took the place of the man whose wife got Al Gore to ditch the airline industry report for DNC donations.

Don't know if he was hyping, but he sure claimed this was going to be big big big.

Lordy. She's backing out maybe? 12:01am eastern, right? About 20 minutes or so from now? You'll tell us what you hear?

Tramslate this article: Some friends of Wilson admit that neither the Agee Act nor Chapter 37 of the Espionage act apply, neither man has received a target letter, the gj is about to expire and maybe Rove and Libby will be charged with something else.

AND MAYBE NOT.

From the little there is on the public record, I say NOT.

I'm sorry, what's the difference? Democrat control, Democrat rule. GOP control, Democrat rule.

If you honestly cannot see the difference, you need to leave this forum.

Better to be a lonely voice in the wilderness than a participant in an abomination.

Is that the same thing as "pi$$ing in the wind?"

Exactly right.

Two things big enough to turn the government over to the liberals.

That worked out well, didn't it?

well of course they will resign. but it will just be the start of the story, not the end.

to be honest, if these indictments do materialize - Rove and Libby should have "retired" on Xmas Eve after the 2004 election, when no one was watching.

No way that any indictment of Rove will make it past a preliminary hearing.

Also, it would seem that this whole thing comes down to Libby's word vs. Miller's word --- does it not??

Are there any recordings of these conversations??

Are there any emails of these conversations??

How can a federal prosecutor ruin someone's reputation and career based on a flimsy claim made by a journalist whose employer has been doing everything it can to get the Bush Administration ousted from government.

Besides, how could it be a crime if Miller never even wrote an article 'outing' Valerie Plame???

It was Novak who wrote the article in question, and no one seems sure where he obtained his information.

But as for the first point, how can any prosecutor worth his paycheck indict someone on a ''he said'' VERSUS ''she said'', when the ''she said'' side of the equation has an obvious motive to lie simply to clear her own name.

In the real world, this just would not add up to a crime.

Well said. I think I've had enough of the DU'ized FreeRepublic forum for awhile.

You should change your nick to Clueless in Las Vegas.

Quid is most certainly NOT a DUer.
