I think the real story here is that the court ruled against illegals. I'm a bit surprised that the courts (for once) did the right thing.

But don't worry. If you back the "rights" of the illegal immigrant population, your friends in the American left will help these people appeal.

It's not fair that the law discriminates against lawbreakers.

Illegal immigrants injured on the job are entitled to workers' compensation benefits despite their legal status, a California state appeals court ruled

How is this ruling againt Illegals?

Let any American Citizen Lie to the State about Workers Comp
and see what happens!!! There are posters in our factory stating that it is a crime and a felony!!!

I guess just not for Illegal Immigrants!!!
