A Pork Cabbage Skillet

1 pound thinly sliced pork loin stips 3/8 in wide
4 TBLSP butter divided
1 large head cabbage coursely chopped
2 medium onions
3 cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1 TBLSP paprika
3 to 4 large p[otatoes peeled and cubed

In a large deep skillet or Dutch oven, brown the pork in 2 TBSP butter; remove and set aside. In the same pan, saute the cabbage and onions in remaining butter until onions are tender.

Combine the toamto sauce, sugar and paprika; pour over cabbage mixture. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 - 25 minutes. Add the potatoes and reserved pork strip. Cover and simmer for 30 min or until potatoes are tender. This yeilds 8 - 10 servings
