The skinny?...Astros will beat the White Sox in seven.
It could be VERY cold in Chicago in late October. That might favor the White Sox slightly at home. Houston is pitching very well right now and pitching is all important in baseball so I'd give the edge to the Astros. Houston probably has more veteran leadership with guys like Roger Clemens and Andy Petit on their team.
The key for the Astros is to neutralize Konerko like they did Pujols. Konerko isn't as great a hitter as Pujols, IMO, so I think the Astros will be fine in this series.
